In the How to Pitch Editors Workshop, freelance writer Mitch Speed will open up his folder of pitches and stack of rejections, email correspondences, and expensively framed acceptance letters. We'll talk about generating pitch ideas, building a portfolio, talking to editors, sending cold pitches, developing editorial relationships, networking and in the second week you’ll have a chance to get feedback on a pitch. This is a two-weekend jump start for new and mid-career freelancers.
